We’ve learned about Ayurvedic lifestyle, hiking in Nevada County, chocolate, and so much more.  We are excited to spring into another season of conversations happening live on Zoom, Sundays at 4:00 p.m. Each episode includes an interactive Q&A and anyone can participate.

The Sam Chase Trio introduces you to Chamber Americana on March 12

Eminent singer-songwriter, The Sam Chase, flanked on one side by Chandra Johnson, violin heroine, and on the other by Devon McClive, renowned and feared cellist at large. A refreshing and new style they call “Chamber Americana.” The Sam Chase Trio will be performing live From The Center on Friday, March 12, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. This is a ticketed show and a live streaming event.

Engaging Kids in the Arts in March

The Center for the Arts continues to bring important youth programming to our community during this challenging time. The Center is teaming up with Music in the Mountains to produce a world music program and virtual choir and, also, presenting a virtual theater production with the support of The California Arts Council. Both programs are free.

You came together as a community and donated nearly $120,000 to The Center in December alone. This funding allows us to continue creating opportunities for artists while providing much-needed art, beauty, performance, and music for our community.
