Covid-19: A Message to Patrons

Dear Patrons of The Center, After carefully considering our responsibilities to patrons, employees, artists, and the community; we have decided to postpone all Center presented shows that were originally scheduled for March, April, and May.  In times of crisis, we turn to family, friends, and the things that ground us. The Center is all of that to us.  After three years of incredibly hard work, the pain of having to shut down the week of our opening is not an emotion I will soon forget. Protecting Our Community’s Investment in the Arts

After an extensive multi-million renovation, The Center for the Arts in Grass Valley, CA reopened with a grand celebration on March 12 – only to have to shutter its doors the very next day due to the pandemic. The Center is launching an emergency fund to sustain operations and protect the community’s investment in their state-of-the-art venue for performing and visual arts.
