After an extensive multi-million renovation, The Center for the Arts in Grass Valley, CA reopened with a grand celebration on March 12 – only to have to shutter its doors the very next day due to the pandemic. Now, the region’s cultural jewel is struggling to survive and serve a rural community hungry for art.
