Broadcasting Live Music From The Center | On select Friday nights, The Center for the Arts invites you to tune in from home to enjoy live streaming shows. We remain committed to serving our community through this pandemic: by making the arts accessible to all, including our community’s most vulnerable, by creating opportunities for local artists to perform and earn income, and by celebrating our new state-of-the art performance venue.

• How To Enjoy The Show •

From The Center performances will no longer play on Facebook or our From The Center page. Tickets are required for all performances. Prices vary for the public, but members access these events for free! Login to your member account on our ticketing page, and discounts will automatically be applied at checkout. When you purchase a ticket you will get a confirmation email with a UNIQUE link* and passcode to watch the show.

*Valid for 48 hours from start of the event. Members have unlimited access to replay all performances in our ALL NEW Member Library.

MOST IMPORTANT – purchase your ticket early! Don’t wait until the last minute to enjoy the best virtual experience during the live event. Late entry ticket prices go up to $15 and ticket sales end at midnight.

How It Works

RSVP to receive your access link to the event. Click on "RSVP" for Achilles Wheel from the show listing above, and fill out the form.
The Center will get the livestream dance party started, Friday, August 28th at 7pm PDT. Watch the stream above from your preferred device.
Wanna be part of the show?
Join the Zoom dance party with other community members here, starting at 7pm PDT. Click the "Join The Dance Party" button above. Keep your video on and your mic off. You’ll be able to see other dancers on Zoom and hear the band through the livestream link. Keep your livestream open to hear the music and see the entire show.
Before you join the virtual dance party as part of the show, we encourage you to dress up and set your scene for the show.

Rules

By joining the Zoom meeting you understand that your image may be used in the livestream and agree to the use of your video/image in the concert video across any media, in perpetuity.
No harassment of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to: Bullying, Sexual harassment, Offensive language, Nudity.
No discrimination of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to: Racial, Sexual, Gender.
No illegal drug use.

We can’t invite you in to enjoy the newly renovated bar or the beautiful state-of-the-art theater at the The Center just yet, so we’ve opened The Backstage Bar. During our “From The Center” broadcasts you’ll be able to join in the fun from the back lot where you can watch the broadcast and enjoy drinks and food. Open 6pm to 9pm.

How do I get to The Backstage Bar? Go around BACK to the parking lot located at 315 Richardson Street, Grass Valley.
