Ayurveda is the traditional medicine of India and the oldest system of healthcare in the world. A system of both preventative and curative medicine, it has been practiced for at least 5,000 years and perhaps as long as 10,000 years.
Ariel Wolansky wanted to do something that would have a positive impact on the world. It all started with growing food, which then turned into a passion for cooking that extended into making chocolate sustainably with select ingredients that take you on an epic journey. How is it made? How is it sourced?
