Johnny Cash and Patsy Cline Tribute: Johnny & Dee Price and The Rhythm Riders

Johnny Price

Dee Price
Dee has sung and performed the music of Patsy Cline, June Carter and other giants of the country music world throughout California, New York and Ireland. For more than 15 years, Dee has regaled audiences with her solid vocals and easy demeanor. Together, they have researched the archives of American Roots music and assembled a band capable of recreating the sights and sounds of the hey day of Country Western and Americana Roots music. The world of June Carter, Johnny Cash, and Patsy Cline, three singers who embraced their culture and blended Western, Swing, Rock, Polka and Mexican Dance music and brought a new sound to the world, influencing generations of musicians, and fans.

Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 535 of Nevada County
About Us: The Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 535 is a non-profit association open to all Vietnam Era Veterans. The local chapter was founded in 1990 and now has over 70 members. Over 90 percent of our members were in Vietnam, but all veterans of that era are welcome to join us. Non-military friends and family are also welcome to join our chapter as Associates.

Chapter 535 participates in parades, wreath and plaque laying ceremonies, and honor guards during various national holidays and local community events. Chapter 535 has raised funds to help veterans’ children with school scholarships, as well as Special Olympics. We have also helped disabled veterans and their families when neded. We have contributed many hours of service to the community. And we have raised funds with electronic waste collections and Victorian Christmas booths.

Members of Chapter 535 have also helped with seven orphanages in Vietnam that shelter and educate over 800 children.
