CATS will host a cooking demonstration and book signing by Chinese celebrity chef Martin Yan of the popular Yan Can Cook! TV series. He is as much an entertainer in person as he is on television! Spend a most enjoyable afternoon with Martin and learn the secrets to great Chinese cooking, as well as his philosophy on life! He will also share with us his recent trips to China. You will have an opportunity to purchase his cookbooks and have them personally autographed, and don't forget to pick up some of his own brand of kitchen knives. Remember to bring your camera for that special pictures with Martin.
