The Center For The Arts welcomes Service Animals. All other animals are prohibited.
There are ATM Machines located at local banking facilities within a block of the Center.
The Holbrooke hotel has an ATM machine, and is within one block of the Center.
BAGS, BACKPACKS AND PURSES
For security purposes, only small personal bags (purses, baby bags, etc.) will be permitted and may be subject to search at all entrances. Large bags, coolers, and backpacks are not permitted. There are no storage lockers on the premises. Please make sure that you leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle. No Weapons of any kind may be brought onto the premises.
We are open Noon-5pm Tuesday thru Saturday. Night of show, Box Office will remain open until after the scheduled intermission (at the Main Stage). For events located at Off Site venues, the Box Office will open 2 hours prior to shows or unless otherwise stated. Please contact the box office for specific showtimes at 530-274-8384.
TICKETS & SEATING
In an effort to conserve paper, physical tickets will only be printed by request.
For your convenience and ease of entry, you may print the show tickets that have been emailed to you or download walletini on your smartphone. Walletini is a service that allows you to store tickets on your phone.
If you do not want to print your tickets or have them on your smartphone, we will look up your name in our database at showtime.
General Admission is first come, first serve seating (open seats), Premier tickets are Reserved Seats in the best section. Premier tickets are usually limited and sometimes come with parking permits for most Off Site events. For Shows that are General Admission, only Members at the Encore Level can get reserved seats. Various events may be Dance Concerts, where there are Limited General Admission Theater seating and dancing and standing in front or off to the side of the stage. Saving seats is not encouraged. We cannot be responsible for items left on chairs.
As of January 6, 2014 The Center added a $2 facility fee to each ticket purchased. These funds are put into a restricted account to maintain, preserve and upgrade our 21,000 square foot facility.
CAMERAS AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Camera and video equipment policies vary per show. There is no photography permitted during an event unless pre-authorized. Please call the Center box office for camera and video equipment policies at 530-274-8384.
CHILD TICKET POLICY
All patrons are required to have a ticket, including youngsters sitting on laps. Parents are expected to take into account the subject and nature of performances when selecting shows for their children. Children who are unable to sit quietly during a performance, along with the adult accompanying them, may be asked to leave the event temporarily.
CONCESSIONS & BAR
A variety of concession items are available during events. We offer a full bar at all ticketed events unless otherwised noted. Food and drinks are allowed in the theater unless requested otherwise.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
The Center For The Arts accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards. Credit Cards are accepted at our bars.

From Yuba City/Marysville:

Turn LEFT onto S AUBURN ST.

DISABLED GUEST ACCESSIBILITY
The Center can accommodate a wheelchair and companion, as well as patrons with limited mobility. Disabled patrons may gain access through the back door that is located directly behind The Center. This entrance allows disabled patrons access to seating area in the Main Theater. We also have a drop off zone located in front of the Main Entrance steps/doors for patrons with limited mobility. There are ADA seats designated at every show for easy access. These seats will be released 10 minutes prior to the start of the event if not occupied. We recommend patrons arrive early to get these seats. We can make reservations on a case by case basis. Call the House Manager at 274-8384 x 11 to inquiry about ADA seats.
THEATER DOORS OPEN
Doors open one hour prior to showtime or unless otherwise stated. Please contact the box office for specific shows.
In the event of an emergency, The Center staff will inform our Guests of the situation and any instructions as applicable. All exits and emergency exits are posted with appropriate signage.
The Center is committed to providing a fun, entertaining, exciting and safe environment for all of our guests. Those guests interfering with the event or causing offense to other guests may be asked to leave the facility.
LOST AND FOUND
If you lose an item during an event, please visit The Center during business hours or please call The Box office to claim your lost item. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after 30 days.

Merchandise and souvenirs are available during select events.
The Center has parking available for its patrons.The upper parking lot is owned by the Center, and if you are at the Center on business or to attend or participate in a concert or art show, then this lot is open to you, except for any spaces that have a reserved parking sign. This is also true of the lower lot, although most of those spaces are reserved for staff parking.
Parking is also available in the downtown Grass Valley areas, along the streets. For the Vets Hall, there is parking behind the building and along the street in the neighboring area, also in the downtown GV area. Please Click Here for more parking in Downtown Grass Valley
The Center has seating capacity for 308 guests for an all seated event.
For Dance Concert Events, capacity is 380 with limited seating and dancing room in front of the stage.
Smoking is not permitted inside The Center.
There are no refunds. If a concert is canceled for any reason, we will either reschedule the event, accommodate you at another event, or give you a receipt for a tax-deductible donation.
